Tim East started his career with Disney in 1974 at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim California, working in the Custodial Department while attending school nearby at California State University, Fullerton.  In 1982 Tim obtained a supervisory position in the Disneyland Safety Department, and later a similar position as a self-insured Worker’s Compensation Administrator.  In 1996 he transferred to Corporate Risk Management as manager of business processes, and took responsibility for leading the Company’s worker’s compensation reform efforts.  In his current role Tim is responsible for risk finance, construction risk management, worker’s compensation and other related programs.
