To achieve our vision, we must be purposeful and deliberate with our resources. Our strategic plan establishes the framework from which we can efficiently and effectively execute our mission.
The process of developing strategic plans for CCWC begins with planning sessions involving our Board of Directors, staff and a team of professional facilitators. The sessions produce revisions to vision and mission statements for the coalition, as well as the identification of strategic goals.
The most recent plan was approved by the Board of Directors during its January 9, 2018 meeting. The following are the Association's strategic goals:
Membership – Strive for sustainable membership growth focused on providing a stronger employer voice.
Advocacy – Serve as the lead advocate and educational resource to maximize stakeholders’ influence with policymakers.
Branding / Communications – Serve as the voice and distinctive leader in California for workers’ compensation.
Education – Provide leading-edge educational opportunities and solutions for our members and workers’ compensation stakeholders.
