COVID-19 Update

After careful review of the recent events pertaining to COVID-19, the California Coalition on Workers’ Compensation (CCWC) has canceled its 18th Annual Conference: Legislative & Educational Forum scheduled to take place July 15-17 at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. This decision was not taken lightly and was rendered after reviewing the latest information from Governor Newsom, local governments, and the Disneyland Resort. 

A full refund will be issued to all attendees registered for the conference unless individuals wish to credit their accounts for our 2021 conference. If you wish to have a credit applied, please complete the CCWC Conference Registration Transfer by Tuesday, May 26.  

Exhibitors and sponsors will be contacted by Kim Rothschild, Senior Director, Marketing & Business Development, and provided with alternative opportunities for exhibiting and sponsoring. For your convenience, there is no need to contact our office to submit written cancellation requests.
