California Coalition on Workers' Compensation

Call for Topics

Have an idea for a great presentation? Are there subjects you'd like to see covered at our Annual Conference? Share your thoughts here. The California Coalition on Workers' Compensation (CCWC) is evaluating session proposals, topics, and presenters for its 18th Annual Conference: Legislative & Educational Forum taking place at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, July 15-17, 2020.

Although the CCWC Conference Committee develops the presentations, we ask any interested party to submit a session proposal, topic, and/or presenter(s) for consideration in the 2020 program. Topics from our members are given priority consideration, but we will also consider those from non-member organizations.

To submit your topic for consideration, you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Session title (required)
  • Your contact information (required)
  • Proposed session topic, description, learning objectives, and level of difficulty (optional)
  • Proposed session speaker contact information (optional)

The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, November 20, 2019.

By submitting a session proposal, topic, and/or presenter(s) for CCWC's conference you understand that all submissions are suggestions and the Conference Committee will make the final decision of which topics and/or presenters are featured. These decisions will be made based on CCWC's mission and providing the best possible educational experience for the audience.

The CCWC Conference Committee reserves the right to select topics, sessions, and/or presenters that are not submitted via this portal. If your topic, session, and/or presenter(s) are selected the Conference Committee will contact you for additional information if necessary.
