Annual Conference
Learn. Network. Repeat.™
Registration
Our signature event of the year annually draws a high-level audience of participants from the areas of human resources, health and safety, risk management, and claims – as well as medical professionals and service providers.
Year after year, this is the place to Learn. Network. Repeat. Taking place June 11 - 13, 2025, at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa in Anaheim, we invite you to be part of it all and experience the magic that is Disney + CCWC.
For two decades, CCWC has assembled the key players in the workers’ compensation arena for what is best described as the brainstorming session of the year. These industry experts and service providers gather together to share information. To solve problems. To make the decisions that make a difference.
And we’re honored to make that happen.
Since our inception, CCWC has maintained a strong focus on providing the leadership, education, and advocacy that are essential to an equitable and efficient workers’ compensation system — and our Annual Conference is a reflection of that commitment.
Yes, it forwards our objective. Yes, it provides an arena to share a diversity of perspectives. But perhaps most important of all is the fact that the conference defines the very future of workers’ compensation. And it doesn’t get any more productive than that.
Get smart.
The Annual Conference is designed as a twofold learning experience, allowing attendees to glean information from both skilled professionals and from each other. With an employer on many of the panels, the potential for diverse perspectives is limitless. View the Schedule-At-A-Glance here.
What’s more, the event is pending approval for CE credits — including MCLE, Legal Specialization, and Work Comp Adjuster — which will be provided by WorkCompCentral.
Sponsor. Exhibit. Network to your heart's content.
From strategic exchanges to productive socializing, the Annual Conference offers a wealth of opportunities to connect and interact. Whether you’re strolling through the info-intense Expo, attending a networking breakfast, participating in a session, or enjoying the excitement of Disneyland®, the chances for valuable networking — both formal and casual — are abundant. If you are interested in sponsoring or exhibiting at the 2025 event, please contact Kristian Ross-Patchin, Business Development Director, at kristian@ccwcworkcomp.org,
