Is California’s workers’ comp system on the precipice of a major shakeup? What are the latest tools and strategies to help employers navigate workers’ comp issues in a post-pandemic world? As employers begin to recover from the health and economic crisis, a tsunami of ugly bills introduced this session could potentially unwind previous reforms. Meanwhile, expanding presumptions and the usual suspects vying for a piece of the pie challenge the existing structure and balance of the state’s workers’ comp system as we know it.
